If I am still in the agency I think I will go but I leave the agency for many years so the opportunity is less. I hear some of my old company agencies someone go there.
It is a great experience I think. Not everyone can go there if you work for a creative agency. You should have a great performance.
I got a new job after that then I quit. At the beginning when I talked to the founder of the company I think we have the same opinion and the thinking about the brand. I think I can work for her to do some great projects about the brand communication but when I enter the company working style / process the communication way with the team which the founder let me to lead . They are totally different from my expectation.

They are a very special company that they don’t want to have the integrated plan for the seasons communication. They founder likes to ask the team member to do the things immediately. When I draft a plan for the next season this year I think the plan is too late. When it starts from the May but she thought that it is not necessary and she don’t tell me anything about the company sales target and any position of where we should go and how about the budget. It is very weird and it is not my way of working because my working experience is always in the organized big companies and I haven’t met this situation and I don’t know what to do the next step and when I draft the plan for her she also don’t give me any feedback . They are a new company which design and make the lingerie which is similar with a British brand. They start from online and now begin to get offline stores. Their brand image is really good but in my opinion I think when the company gets stronger and bigger I think the organization should be changed. When I enter the company I saw that every department is working separately. They don’t communicate. When I try to have meeting with my team. 6 persons, my boss tells me why you need to have the meeting with them and they are used to work separately and do their work. I think every person has their professional area and there are good at it but they don’t connect with each other. When the company gets larger there will be some problems.

I think I am not fit for the position, they want some change so they recruit someone who can lead the team but when I get in it they don’t give me a chance.

It is grow and increase their sales revenue from 2016 and they got the invesment.
It is under the lingerie environment of China which is many female think they don’t like the big bras anymore they like the thin wearless bra for the body freedom.

They try many types of wireless bras for different bodies

It is not hard so you will have many competitor and some of the competitors they don’t have the bottomline they use the cheap materials and don’t care about many details to sell a low price product online. It looks similar with the good one.

So right now I think the brand is great. The brand I worked for. They used ballet dancers for their brand ambassador and they developed the sub product line for the women activity life.
