They are doing it as a lifestyle. But for me I just started because I agree this concept is good for health. I just started but not everyday because I cannot keep it during week end. For me its just for now what I am planning is at least during 4 days I am gonna do the fasting but rest 3 days I am gonna go without fasting. I heard there is one guy he keep doing fasting for a long time but his patten is he does fasting during week days but during week end he doesn’t but when ve 2 Monday starts he is fasting during whole day and from Tuesday he starts the normal fasting.

During the fasting time we have 2 kids of fat in our body. Brown fat is good for our body. they burn directly for making energy but white fat is just stay in our body if you gain weight it is not only because of the muscle you are getting white fat more than before. But during the intermittent fasting time at least 16 hours. White fat is converted to brown fat.
