I’m Leslie, I’m 25 now, I have job I am health insurance sales. I want to improve my English because my work need to use English and I learning the new language. we do health insurances for groups. My favorite is football/soccer. every week we have the game and I play my university classmates. I am Shanghainese. I am living nearby here. but I’m working in Pudong, it is so far. the travel is bad I think. I think the first is my vocabulary is too small, I want learning more vocabulary and I have my big problem is my English grammar.. sometimes my logic is bad so I always say Chinese English so I want to improve.

My leader he is the leader team not very long time. I think his management skills and sometimes I am not respect him. He has experience but he can’t manage people well.

We give him the proposal, the first we need to know about his company, what he wants, what he wants to do and the benefits he wants to give his employees so we give him a proposal. If he thinks it is so expensive we should change the plan and the list . so we change and give him a proposal so we have the negotiated in the money. So we have done in the final but it is not finished we should go to his company and talk with his employees what company buys for you and how can you do in this benefit.

I think his management skills are not good enough/ I think his management skills are lacking and sometimes I don’t respect him. He has experience but he can’t manage people well.

We give him a proposal, at first we need to know about his company, what he wants, what he wants to do and the benefits he wants to give his employees so that we can give him a proposal. If he thinks it is too expensive we should change the plan and the coverage . we edit and give him a new proposal so that it is within his budget.
After he signs the contract it is not finished, we need to go to his company and talk with his employees to explain the plan to them and how they can submit a claim.
