The factory quality is not good but it looks good. Now they only can care about look like clean and not so care about the quality.
After you wash it. it’s getting more worse, getting to the rubbish.

The American market is uncertain/full of uncertainties so a lot of countries changed their policy position to/switch focus to  the Japanese market.
The factory quality is not good but it looks good/the quality is not as good as it looks. Now they focus on products that look clean and do not care so much about the quality.
After you wash it several times it’s getting worse and you have to throw it away.
