when we talk about meme we often use UGC (user generated content) before there is a while UGC is popular but we have this issue so we have different way to protect. First we will have sensitive words, the tech can detect if this meme contains anything that illegal or sexually this kind of thing it will never get chance to publish but it is still very limited so if the clients they care so much we need to have someone to look at the whole UGC content before it publish and people check hourly to make sure everything in the publish is legal and good for their brand . but right now it depends on different clients. some don’t so they will avoid to do something like this.

The story is about in Xian the 4s store, a girl she paid like 200k for the prepayment of a Benz and the rest of it 400K is a loan. there are 2 issues here. she pays for the car and before she drove the car out the car. she realized the car leaked oil. she is quite educated, she is like master degree and she has money, she can pay 100% but she goes back and tries to negotiate with them. the store keeps her waiting and after make her wait several days they just told her we can replace the engine for you. She is not satisfied is if I drive your car out of the door, I found this problem you can replace the engine but the problem is I haven’t get out of the door, I think you should just give me a new car or give me back the money. but they say something to limit the guarantee conditions. So she is so angry she sat on the front of the car and went through the whole detail of this thing. Some people record this whole thing and this girl. She is so logical actually.
