But if the brand don’t do the target consumer communication is important I think it will not grow up sooner or later.

I think Nike’s marketing strategy is always consistency and even you can know the brand through a commercial which you didn’t the logo. Nike’s also very care about the online business in China but it was never to do the things that can make the sales grow exponentially but destroy their brand.
For exemple Nike has it’s airmax day every year in March. It is a very impact campaign to engage the consumer. Then Tmall are interested in this campaign and wants to cooperate with Nike but they talked the cooperation about 3 years as I know but Nike don’t want to cooperate with them because they think they can do the campaign and improve their business by themselves.

Because for personally because the job is too busy. and always overtime work. and in the other side I think the position is not very fit for experience before. It is ecommerce marketing and I worked for the traditional and digital marketing for over 10 years but the e-commerce marketing is become more and more important but because it’s for driven sales directly but I think the brand communication with target consumer is the most important and it is the long term goal for a brand. So I want to find some new job continue to do the digital marketing or something with content marketing I think it is my capability and experience. Fit me more.

I think 2 years is much suffer.
I think my way of work and my focus is how to communicate with the consumers for brand. but the e-commerce marketing always focus on the traffic driven to the online store. Maybe I have to do something that is very fast effect/ short term results to supporting the sales of the brand but my experience is not on that. So I don’t like do that kind of thing.

Personally, I feel my job is too busy / for me, the job is too busy and I always work overtime. and on the other side I think the position does not fit my previous experience.
