Before he faced the same thing so he told me he will consider well on this. In his mind I am already the Asia leader position but he also mentioned the HK one. He said to me Anita will decide your future career path but in his mind I should…

They feel it is no future plan for them.
Something happened in the US and UK. The VP quit the job and the account manager quit the job as well so 2 very senior people leave the company so people are worried.

last year the UK team was furloughed. It is big damage to company because they need to pay more taxes.
For London it is GBP 3,000 / month.
For junior people the salary is 4,000.

when they apply furlough in the US team they need to find another job and if over 6 months the company didn’t bring more financial healthy they will leave the job.

They come to me, we split A and B team.
If the information is right the number doesn’t seem high why the company follows A,B team?

Yesterday he suggest Shanghai office need a team to stay in SH but I told him if you need to persuade people you need to pay extra bonus.
We have another leader in London, I told her it is hard to persuade someone who didn’t meet his family for 1 year.

She travelled to Africa and she stays in Africa at the moment, she cant back because the air ticket is very hard to back.
if she wants back to the UK she needs to stay in Dubai 1 month.

most foreigner they prefer living downtown.
Especially in Korea and Japan they cannot speak Chinese and their English is not fluent so when they ask some roads it is hard to communication so they prefer the easy way to go to company.
