we talk about the difference between staying in SH and going back
It starts on the 11th

The travel rules start today and will end on march 8th.
I am planning to go back, some family issues I need to go back.
Our company asked us, if we leave in SH when we back we need to do quarantine ourselves.
The covid is very serious stuff you need to take seriously with that and responsible for yourself and for other people.

It is quite difficult to get an appointment but the time during February 1 to 9 it is all full
We are paid on commissions so we do not get overtime pay.
We work flexi time.

Maybe I can bring them back give my sister

I am not sure because I am not the one of the lipstick collect person so that is not very interest me.

I talk about a story , it is my story and last year we have a competition of sneaker designs and our company supported the competition and at end we need chose 10 people to join us do a 3 day workshop about shoe design and go to the factory visit and that 10 people we choose at our company office.
We choose these 10 people from 100 people and at last they are all male.And some manager suggest us maybe we should choose 1 girl with us and the others people from that meeting said hum girls not good girls don’t play basketball very often and they don’t have opportunities to learn about sneaker design and that 10 males already work for sneaker design companies. I think that is not fair.

If you realize that is not right you should do something to help them not just say girls not good but at positions all male just me so I didn’t say anything. And at last I cried alone. I realized that happened on females and I should help but I don’t know how to help.

there are historical reasons
They cannot compete at the same level/ the playing field is not leveled

someone cant see the difference between fake and real, if you don’t know that is fake and you just want to buy cheap goods I respect that but if you know that is fake and you want to show off with that and you don’t have that money and you choose to buy fake I don’t respect that.

The sneakers come from sports. basketball all are led by men.
