I can not stand it -> I could not stand it.

My Hukou is gonna expired. / is close to the expiry date.
I was not born in SH and I got a Hukou in SH but it is 3 years.
Then they give you a temporary hukou and you need to renew it every 3 years. / but it is only valid for 3 years.
If it is time and if you don’t  renew it you won’t have the SH hukou anymore. / when it’s time unless you renew it you will lose it.

If I buy an apartment I can have my hukou permanently and it is much more convenient and I got this hukou.
I see the retail price of houses is going up and up and I really want to buy one. / I almost want to FOMO in
But the problem is that the reason why I didn’t buy this is I have this thought. and it made me postpone the decision / he kept me from pulling the trigger.
My parents don’t want me to take on too much debt. They want to help but they won’t sacrifice on the quality of the house.
