we don’t talk about you are a dog or a dragon, we don’t use the Chinese zodiac to describe your personality.
Our government always asks the people to believe them so we think about things very simple so if you want something will be fine you will ask the god / pray
and if your zodiac sign is good it can make you feel better.

When I was a student I didn’t like raining because I cannot play football or basketball but  I am very enjoy the working days on rainy that I don’t have to go my office and I can take a drink and see the people outside hurry to the next place and listen to music it feels good.

I can see my younger self there.

I think long term it is impossible, too many things will be changed so I just set a short term goal.
I just tell myself in next month what shall I do, When I set the business goal I will set 1 year KPI for our team
2 years ago we didn’t plan to buy an apartment but one morning  I took my kids downstair a delivery man who drove very quickly almost crashed into us.
We have no parking so there is no place for my child to play with his bicycle and when we went back in the afternoon one man lived in the first floor and says something like shit / was swearing
and I told myself we cannot live here, we need to move. My wife talked about this many times / my wife talked about this repeatedly.
That day I accepted and in the afternoon I went to the property agency to sell my apartment.

we married in 2014 so we just lived in our new apartment for 4 years, everything is new and it is was in the city center / it had a good location.
And it was convenient for taking the underground / public transports.

And this year I moved to the new place, I lived there 5 months. I enjoy the life in the suburb.
The new apartment is bigger and quieter and the management is very friendly and professional.
So I feel better though I have to take 1 hour to my office.

I will treat myself nicely that is why I carry on.

In my last presentation I told all my colleagues how to describe our tires.
I use a very simple example we put a lot of words to describe the history and the award, the company and the performance.
First we should be short but if we want to buy something we see a lot of product and content if you input too much we will leave at once.
Too many words I don’t want to read the words but if you still want to provide this information you can use a simple way to change that. I told them you use 4 single words in the first part and then the full description and you keep the same logic

Good UI is very expensive.

My son has to go to the kindergarten in hongkou district.
I told my wife I will never sacrifice for studying it is the second priority, the first priority was to have a good lifestyle. . to always enjoy life.
we asked for a lot to get a good school.
a lot of people sold their new apartments and then bought a small place to live just to get access to a good school / only for their kid’s education. I cannot understand. I really cannot understand that.
I have too many people to take care of , my parents ,her parents , my grandma and her…

I used a metaphor to make them understand easily

intuitive (adj): you can easily guess how it works / easy to use
The UI needs to be intuitive

I only swear when I drive

reputation (n) how people think about someone or something 口碑
Virgos have the reputation of being very annoying

demanding (adj) make other work hard
My boss is very demanding

double standards : 2 different ways of judging
He is not demanding toward his friends but very demanding toward his family he has double standards.

self reinforcement : making you feel you are/were right about something
When I see people hurry to work on rainy days it is self reinforcement that I was right not to do that.
