So far it is helpful, our HR organized a color training for marketing team and my result was blue and green that means I love detailed things and I need a strict progress and I want to control everything and I don’t like to fight with other people and don’t like arguments and different opinions. I care about others and hope to have a good and peaceful relationship with colleagues or friends.
My colleagues have 2 color types. red they are aggressive and strict logic and like to show in the public and they like to have a speech and presentation in public and the other part is the yellow one.
They are creative, don’t like to follow rules. They need some space to try you cannot order them do the same things for a long time.
HR hope we can know ourselves more and optimize the strengths and fix our weaknesses.
