it is a hot season so busy for it.
When I joined the company in the first month I told my colleagues we should do some pre sale for 11.11 but they told me tires are different from other industries because if the consumer came to the online shop they wanted to buy tires immediately so pre sale is not a good choice but I think that we can do some different kind of business.

I want to introduce the model I think if you want to promote your tires you should pay money for promotion we call it media buy.
iF we pay for the media we can show different images for different consumers if you want to buy tires immediately please pay the money and for others we can do the pre sale model .

we can tell consumers the soles are Goodyear technology and the reason for slippers is everyone/every driver has their own shoes but you can put slippers in your car.
If you arrive somewhere you feel tired you can change your slippers. I am sure you have shoes but you don’t have slippers in your car and the second reason is there is a lot of sizes with shoes but slippers we can just use 3 sizes S/M/L it is a good way for costsaving.
It is the gift of pre sale but you should pay money for pre sale and if you don’t buy the tire at last you cannot get the gift or your money back but I will tell your consumers if you pay 100 money even you didn’t buy the tires I will deliver the gifts for you.

It is a promotion model you pay the pre sale deposit and then you get the slippers with good year tech even you didn’t buy the tires at last.

in 2018 also in 2011 we sell air cleaners but we didn’t have enough incentive for our promotion and then Jenny is good at drawing so we draw a new year calendar for our consumers and we told them it is limited and our marketing director drew it herself and we shot a video of the process and we tell consumers you pay the deposit 10 RMB and you can get the limited gift but we just spent 5rmb on the printing. It was a very success model.

The training was not during the black lives matter movement but during the presidential campaign
so someone posted it on social media and Trump saw it and the Chinese media were very happy and reported it.
It was free advertising.
