sometimes she will feel pressure because the income is not stable but she seems to be happy because she doesn’t have to work Monday to Friday. The complicated office politics
It depends on people’s choices and it is a nice because even you do jobs as a freelancer you can still build good relationships with previous people.
Recently I become more crazy busy because I start to major some courses .I am ready to finish my MBA course next May.
They are serious about about your performance in the course. It is mostly online

We have virtual classes every week and we have to talk to the 5 professors in English and many of my classmates are Japanese they pick partial English courses and partial Japanese courses.
I feel that is a shame. They feel safe and don’t want to be isolated from Japanese group.
Nowadays young Japanese youth are good at English in their 20s.
To some extent their English are better than the previous generation.

if you can speak English a little fluently then you have more opportunities than your competitors in Asia.
The English education starts from elementary school. My daughter also studies elementary school in English and in Chinese. 2h per day and when she goes back home she keeps studying

Japanese they feel that they have to improve their English , you can see in the future Japan is going to be the second country which will accept more investments.
You see the HK situation so the Japanese articulating policies to accept those financial talents who used to be in HK. who will escape from HK.
In prediction in the magazine Japanese will become another asian financial hug in maybe 5 or 10 years and it will compete with SG.
Many people say HKers are cold, they focus on how to earn profit.

He is a New Yorker and I watched the show and I saw the style of NYC is very aggressive. Just like HK they grip every second they are sharp. you can feel the tension. Even you just watch the video even they just talk in common sense they are trying to push you in some directions.
NYC is the typical business capital so that is funny because HKers because they accept capitalism concept they are kind of similar but interesting because if in the future I build relationships with Americans maybe I need to compete to make arguments.
You have to stand your ground
That needs you to think quickly and you have to keep the rhythm and fight to state your point.
I admit it is difficult because their talk is so quick. the speed is hard to follow.

5 years ago I struggled and I competed with local Chinese colleagues, I jumped ship to another company. I just focused on how to survive in SH.
They will expect the young one can take your job and do it more efficiently / be more efficient
Since I take the MBA course I need to use VPN and I receive these info outside china and I become enthusiastic in politics.

Young Taiwanese they care about politics more than other populations because of HK.
then what does it for me to keep any money or how do I keep my life normal because I can talk and blame the politicians and I will be suppressed because they think I say the wrong things.
That is the reason young Taiwanese don’t care abut the economy becomes worse but they care about the freedom.
