it is not hard to be a creative member but it is hard to be top level.
Their logic of their ideas is one of the most important things.

they don’t have very high expectations on our deliverables. most of the time we just need to follow their direction to do their creative work.
I will search on internet for some reference then if it has no help for our creative team I will talk to their director to see if she can help the members to do their work.

I think Project manager is a person who controls the resources, if we have a system that we can book the resources on the system then the PM will be useless.
Maybe designers could disappear

I don’t mind AI if it is good enough. Some ancient times some cartoon kind of film if you want to make it real and AI to do the thing is good.
