You can test them from different aspects. You need different abilities. some maybe have strong strategic thinking . some have good motors skills they will have different tests and then a score.

They will learn how to lead an e-sport team and how to run e-sport as a business.
I think they can play the game well they are really charming just like someone has good working ability. For me it is totally same. If you can make money by it but I think e-sport is some career only for the young people.

I am not good at it but I play games during my leisure time just have fun to relax. I also will get mad if I lose the game.
I think for now I am too busy to play and I think it is a good way to connect with the colleagues or friends.
As an adult you need to learn how to control the game not be controlled by the game.
live stream doesn’t need high level skills and girls if they act cute men will pay.

some people also attract by their passion and their good skills and for the appearance because they are e-sport stars so they will have a team to help them improve their appearance.
Sports players face to some more mature people but e-sports target audience is young people so the good appearance .. when you see a people you can easily attract by the good appearance so they will take it as the first priority to attract people because it is easy than other things.

I remember when VR just started so many clients asked to provide innovation ideas and we would recommend to do a VR page. but it looks stupid.
