How can you condition people in advertising

Today we focused on:

I overworked last day to midnight

you can stay home for work

you have experience , you have professional experience.
If you start from another market it is a new start.
I don’t find a way what can I do in another market.

When I came into Shanghai the first job is in advertising so this is the beginning. I just jumped from one company to another and I have about 5 years in advertising companies.
When I first worked in advertising I thought it is good we can do some creative things and people in this industry are interesting.
I’m looking a way to quit, if there is a good job with enough money then I will choose to quit this industry.

First of all advertising is a hard work that you have to work overtime to night everyday. so you have no life.
Compared to other industries the work you do is worth more money. Hard work needs enough money but the salary in advertising is lower than other industry.

It depends the company and the client personality.

it is a way that you rely you just swipe the video just find something interesting and you doesn’t to think anything to relax yourself.
Every video is short for about 10 secs or less. if you don’t like you just swipe to another video and you can find many interesting videos that are funny or with beautiful girls.

sometimes you don’t have enough time to have a good relax. for example if you are in the subway you just have 10 mins so tibtok is for that time or the time period between 2 lessons maybe you have 15 mins you can watch tik Tok.

tik tok will post the video this man likes to him to let him stay in Tik Tok and people will stay longer time than before. they just swipe and time goes fast.
