In my company my computer was broken and we will call the service to repair the computer. The Indian, there is a call center in India and an Indian guy gave me a call and they instruct me how to fix the computer but their English I cannot understand.

I think it is normal but if it is happening in China it is impossible.
I don’t know why black people are so angry.
