I always like to find some questions about their financial statements and then discuss with their sales manager or accounting managers to find out wether the figures are true or not.

No HR can very easily find out the fake because they should check the info on the internet. the government website will give you clarification about the degree it’s true or not.

He says Huawei doesn’t want to be listed because most investors don’t know about their operation. if it it listed you should follow investors decisions so he cannot help Huawei to develop well.

It will affect the china American trading. Maybe Americans they think Chinese are cheaters. So in the future if Chinese companies want to get listed in the US it will be a bit difficult. It is difficult to build the brand reputation but easy to destroy it.
