I have to wait my social security must be 5 years so I waited.
These 2 years it is almost stable but maybe there are a little down from the end of the last year.
We looked at houses from last year so maybe we almost have looked 20 houses. We chose this house because we love hong Mei lu and the price of this house is suitable and it is very big. There is balcony and the floor is great so we chose it. We negotiated the price. almost 300,000.

I’m going to the east of America on October.  but we cancelled it.
