I think it goes well because the interviewer didn’t ask me many questions but I don’t think this job is suitable for me.

The home team is a global team and your partners are all over the world. I think the time difference will be a problem for me.
I need to conference call in midnight or in the morning and I don’t think my English is good enough to adapt. Maybe I can try but it takes too much effort how to improve the communication efficiency and I think the way of working with China team in Shanghai / Beijing. your boss is a foreigner and your partner, is Chinese I don’t think foreigner will fully understand how china market and maybe I will very suffering how to persuade the china team.
But I think this job is very free with many freedom because your boss is not with you.
I think the freedom is good but you need to make something happen.
I don’t like just thinking about something but never happens.
I like working from home. In Unilever there is a benefit that you can work from home one day a week but it is difficult to enjoy it because we always have meetings.

I like to put a little desk on the bed, put your computer on the bed.

I don’t know how I can get started because it is difficult. I haven’t think through  / I haven’t think how to do it.

But I haven’t get the feedback from them yet.

We were planning to launch a new campaign and it required an update. The IT team tried their best and did test to ensure it’s launch however we found some bugs when we are testing and we cannot solve the problem before the launch time so that we have to delay the project.

I think it went well because the interviewer didn’t ask me many questions but I don’t think this job is suitable for me.

The whole team is a global team and your partners are all over the world. I think the time difference will be a problem for me. / I think the time difference would be a barrier / would be unbearable.

I would need to join/have conference calls at midnight / in the middle of the night or in the morning and I don’t think my English is good enough to adapt to the work requirements. / I’m afraid my English may hold me back.

Maybe I could try but it would take too much efforts on improving the communication efficiency / to reach an efficient communication

Last, I think the work processes with the Chinese team in Shanghai / Beijing would be a bit strange. / might be quite messy.

your boss is a foreigner and your partners, are Chinese I don’t think foreigners will fully understand how the Chinese market works / I think there will always be gaps in the understanding they have of the Chinese market
and maybe I would suffer from a lot of issues trying to adapt the boss’s idea to what we can do in China.

One thing I am worried about is that my KPIs would be tied to only one part of the job while I feel it doesn’t make sense if it is not tied to sales. I am afraid it is a clue that there is a divide between the HQ and the Chinese team.

But I think this job would be very free/ offer a lot of freedom because your boss is not with you. / because the boss is not based here.  / because you don’t have direct supervision.

I think freedom is good but you need to make something happen. / you still need to deliver results.
I don’t like just thinking about something but  then it never happens / I like to bring things to completion.
I like working from home. In Unilever there was a benefit that you could work from home one day a week but it was difficult to enjoy it because we always had meetings.

I like to put a little desk on the bed, put your computer on the bed and you are set.

Sometimes I don’t know how I can get started because it is difficult.

I haven’t thought things  through  / I haven’t thought  how to do it. / I like to spend time planning everything before getting started.

But I haven’t gotten the feedback from them yet.

We were planning to launch a new campaign and it required an update. The IT team tried their best and did tests / many tests to ensure it’s launch / it would launch on time however we found some bugs when we were testing and we could not solve the problems before the launch time so we had to delay the project.
