basic structure for 1st emails:

Speaking exercise

My name is Peter, I am nearly 30 I am working in advertising industry for nearly 5 years.
we make launch and exhibition and media preview conference so we will propose the creative proposal and set up the structure
It is luxury brand about Chanel Tiffany.

I like traveling . Turkey and India and Japan.
I want improve my English because my clients will brief the event information in English so I want talk with them in English and I like traveling so when I travel oversea I want to talk with the foreigner person and talk my story or listen to his story and information so I want to enhance my English.
We will face to face and phone calls and emails. We need write the English email.
So in the meeting I just catch the keyword but the sentences I cannot catch it.

My problem is I just say the word word word combine the sentence, maybe no grammar so it is not professional

I want improve my English because my clients will brief the event in English  / give me an event brief in English so I want talk with them in English and I like traveling so when I travel oversea I want to talk with foreigners and tell my story or listen to their stories and information so I want to enhance my English.
We will talk face to face and have / through  phone calls and emails. We need write English emails.  / emails in English . Most of our written communication is in English.
So in the meetings I just catch the keyword  / the main info but there are some sentences I can’t understand  / I always miss parts of what the speaker is saying

My problem is I just say words after words but I can’t combine them in a sentence, maybe my grammar has issues so it is not professional (enough)
