What are the most important parts of a wedding

my foot got hurt so I have to rest for 3 months and now I adjust my job as a wedding designer. My taobao shop is still opened.
I joined my wedding design company so my boss said I from a client become a colleague.

My main job is communication with our clients and I also need to learn design and all colleagues need to do some handmade for wedding things.

every wedding we need to work all night we can’t sleep.
we need good days it doesn’t depend on weekend.

In Shanghai in only can cost 50,000 but in other places we need to cost at least 150,000. we want do more events in Shanghai.

last months we have a client a client, it is very rich, they cost one million just for the production except F&B so we need to make very huge things. It looks like granite so it is difficult for us because we only have 12 hours to build it.
I didn’t sleep for 46 hours.
This is one of the reasons why we want to choose some small wedding if we only need to charge 50k it is a small wedding we just start work at 6 am so we can go to work to work when we get up. but big wedding we must work the whole night
