Something in the first they always do the very best but like the ted or the videos at first they always very special but after some time it feels not very good.

Because they don’t have the new ideas and always they want to make money. in China in first they do very well but after that they want to how to make money money and they do bad.
If you want to make money he should make the program too big. Because the program is very small he cant make money. He wants everyone knows the program and he gives many people service but service cant promise because it is too big not everyone can give service to the people.

of course not many customers because everyone has 24 h one day. You have too many clients you cant do it well for everyone.
In our company the system is different because our company always sells insurances for the groups.
Our company we have the service team and my job is sales and consultant for the customers and if they chose us we have the service team to service 24h.
Of course we need to service but not too much, my job always is talking them what we can make for you and how you should pay for that this is our job.
So I don’t worry for that.

The most important thing is the professional, a lot of people think insurance salesman is such a liar because they always sell for the person they are real liars. Why always people they buy the insurance they don’t need because the sales is his friends. Different from us is because we sell to groups, they are not like the persons. They buy because the friendly or they make an impulsive purchase.
But the groups they are very smart and they compare many companies and they choose which one is the best. In the group insurance there are many insurance brokers in the market their job is to help the customers to choice which company is the best. but the group customers they are very smart because our insurance is just one year if you do very bad this year next year they will change so we should give him very good service and you cant lie him or he won’t choose you. We are talking about employees benefits for the company. If he employees is hurt and go to the hospital we can cover his money.

If you want to make money you need to make the program bigger / expend the program . Because if it is very small you can’t make money.
so you want everyone to know the program and you give many people service but the quality of service can’t be good.

Everyone only has 24 h in one day/each day. If you have too many clients you can’t do it well for everyone.
In our company the system is different because our company always sells insurances for the groups.
Our company has a service team and my job is to sell and give advice to the customers and if they choose us we have the service team to service 24h / we have a service team in the backend to support us..
Of course we need to service them but not too much/not extensively / in details. my job always is talking  to them to understand their needs and price them

The most important thing is to be professional / the most important thing is professionalism.
A lot of people think insurance salesmen are liars / insurance salesmen have a bad reputation

People buy an insurance policy because the seller is a friend, We are different because we sell to groups, they are not like the individuals . They don’t  buy because the seller is friendly or make an impulsive purchase.
But companies buying group insurance policies are very smart and they compare many companies and they choose which one is the best. In the group insurance business there are many insurance brokers and  their job is to help the customers to choose which company is the best.

Group insurance policies are usually/normally signed for 1 year./ are negotiated on a 1 year basis. So if we give them a bad service they can change the insurance company the following year. As a result we have to give him a very good service and we cant lie to him or he won’t choose us.

We are talking about employees benefits for the company. If it’s employees is hurt and go to the hospital we can cover his expenses.
