Mainly we have 3 kind of consumers in our e-commerce channel. The first is the Z generation. They are changing, we must know the insights and their shopping habits and their lifestyles. Then we use the way they like to communication with them. The brand positioning is a leisure brand and this is a trend of the China market . The sketchers have a lot of loyal customers.
People born in the 1960s/ seniors wear our shoes to exercise and think the shoe is comfortable. Then their children is grow up they also will buy the shoes for their parents. Especially in Tmall store. So the seniors is our must have customer target. The last one is the focus on men. Because now we have about 70% of the customers is women and usually for sport brands like Nike and Adidas they have more men customers. About 50-60%.
We need to win more men customers in China from product merchandizing to the marketing.
