Do you think holidays are too commercialized?

Halloween / culture

Halloween is a festival to make the horror go away. as I know it is a festival.
People wear some horror clothes and visit the neighbors get some candy.
Children in America.
Some of the kindergartens they have the events on halloween. Just wear the clothes and play games.
I don’t like horror things.
I think it is more popular in Korea because Koreans accepted a lot of American culture because it is a national holiday for the Xmas in South Korea.

We eat cake it is the halloween cake, like for bday party I bought the cake some ugly ….

I don’t think it is a Holliday, it is just a normal day. Especially I also don’t like new year.

I just think about for several days what they want just buy what they want. Try to observe what they like.
I prefer some small coffee shops. it is not a international

People wear some  costumes  and visit the neighbors to get some candy / to ask for sweets
Children in America do that.
Some of the kindergartens have events on halloween / organize halloween parties.  Children wear costumes and play games. / halloween themed games.

I don’t like ghosts….
I think it is more popular in Korea because Koreans accepted a lot of American culture / Korea is closer/ is more opened to the American culture .
For example Xmas is a holiday  in South Korea.

If I buy a gift I just think about what they want  for several days and just buy what they want. If I don’t know I try to observe what they like.
I prefer small coffee shops rather than chain coffee stores like Starbucks .
