Do you think technology makes people more confident or do you think it makes them more insecure.

When it comes to the last croissant we would probably share, or at least offer to do so, but there are other things that it is harder to share – a favourite sweet perhaps, the last square of chocolate.

I remember years ago in college there was only one slice of ham on the plate and eight people. All but one had had enough, but one person was still to take her second slice. She was Swiss and newly engaged, and as she reached out I couldn’t help teasing her ‘They say in England that if you take the last piece of food from the table you will never marry.’ She hesitated just for a moment and then declared ‘Oh, such nonsense.’ before taking the first bite-full.

They have now been married for many years.

There is another saying in England ‘Would you give him your last Rolo?’; a Rolo being a toffee wrapped in chocolate, of which you only get a few in a packet. It’s considered to be a real test of true love, as the phrase means ‘Do you love him enough to share whatever you have?’

When I saw this article I feel a little interested because kind of a joke.

I think it is a good way to put food on each dish.
in western restaurants when you order food they will just put yours. but in China you need to share with all the people.
With my friends if they are in my home I will just put each dishes on one plate for one person that and it will solve the problem with if someone was shy or not feel very comfortable with take the last one.  and or. I will just count the number of people and I will make the same number of ….
If we just order some food in the restaurant, people always leave some food on the plate. And so that case will never happen.

The first I saw the TED, one sciencist said the same situation like his friend. He just take picture to his friend, a girl and he thought this picture was very beautiful but she disagreed. She thinks this picture make her more ugly because he not use the beauty camera. He just use a camera. The scientist said, people always don’t not satisfied with their photos because when people see someone they will through the brain. so when you saw someone that is a little bit connect with your imagine. Because the camera don’t have any brain like human so that just put what it see. So people always don’t satisfied with their photos and they want to use beauty applications to make themselves better looking.

If my friends eat at my place, I will divide food equally and serve the same plate to everyone.

But the camera just captures the cold reality. So people are often dissatisfied with their photos and they want to use beauty applications to make themselves better looking.
