A new project it’s beginning in our company it is very important for our company;s business strategy so all of high level managers focus on this project . I am one of the members or this project so I should prepared a lot of documents and the strategy so from Monday to yesterday , everyday every night my boss and I worked on this project. Yesterday finally we present the proposal to our CEO and the result is good so today I take a breath.
It’s a long term project, not only for 1 month or 1 year, it is about our user and business product and I think because this project is a big project so it related a lot of different departments cowork to finish it so first of all we should make a decision to tell the different teams which part is the first thing we can dig out. Maybe 1 year / 2 years.
