put the sentence in the past simple:
I am happy today -> I was happy yesterday.
I drink milk tea -> I drank milk tea.
I eat breakfast , drink coffee and book a taxi for work -> I ate break fast, drank coffee and booked a taxi for work

Yesterday I went to office at 9am.
With my colleagues we were prepared a meeting.
I started preparing a contract for a project.

I had 2 dreams. The first one was that I can speak good English.
The second one was that I could be a good manager for my ex work / previous dental clinic
Now I still dream that I can speak good English but for the second one I changed. I don’t want anymore be a good manager for dental clinic.

What were the biggest difficulties in your company at the beginning and what are the difficulties now?

Maybe the most difficult thing was to find
they have a condition your capital should be more than 10m.
This thing is not difficult but it is complicated.
Now I think we have some projects that is easy for us. we can get money but if we want get more if only continue to do project or research so you will always the same situation so now we should think something we should so something new.

Maybe the most difficult thing was to make big clients trust us.
For example they had a condition, your capital had to be more than 10m CNY.
This thing was not difficult but it was annoying.
Now I think we can get projects that are easy for us. we can get money but if we want to get more / develop the company if we continue to only do project or research we will always be in the same situation/ nothing will change
so now we are thinking we should do something new. / we should offer new services / we should develop new products….
