I am working on clinical trials. I am just responsible for a small part of the work.
I am not excited about it because I have worked for a long time. I think it is long because all of the past 4 years Im work in clinical.
I don’t have passion, I like in the weekend I like to do exercise. go to see my personal teacher.
Because I don’t know how to exercise in a gym with the machines.
My English, I am like a primary school student in speaking but reading is better because I use English in my daily work.

I need to speak if I am promoted to a high level because there will be meetings. It is Chinese company but I have meetings with foreign colleagues
I negotiate with foreign colleagues because the HQ of my company is in American. It is an American company.

In the meetings like most of the time they talk when the timeline and problems, the requirements.


First step is to exam the safety of the drug in normal. test on people not sick. Before they test on quality patients to improve the safety.
After that it is second step, it is to exam the effectiveness for the patients. The third step is similar to the second step, the different is the third step needs more large population. Usually more than 100 but it depend on the design. Fourth step is after the medicine is on the market the company has the responsibility to collect the bad adverse even the medicine has on market.

I only worked on phase 3. The phase 3 is complicated than the other phases.
Actually we want the patient to they met the requirements of the protocol. In criteria.
