Why a Phd In art management ? 

I am a jewelry designer who has a own brand. I’m working in this industry around 14 years,  I know almost every part of this business.
Usually I am busy for work because I have my own company so I should take care every details. Just 3 assistants because we are design company.
Actually I want my English be more professional. that is good for business also for my personal life.
I have no so many experience about it
Before it was but this year they changed the police.

I don’t have so much experience about it
Before it was supposed to be in Germany but this year they changed the policy.

I am a local in Shanghai. Shanghai was different as today’s when I was a kid. There were not so many people, cars, high buildings…local people had leisure life at that time. Almost every adult had a changeless job, the most of them who would retired from this job. No need to worry about lots of things for people in the past because the government would took charge of everything , such as education, medical security, housing problems and so on. This is an advantage of planned economy. This kind of lifestyle was undeniable peaceful and happiness, even it made us feel not wonderful as today’s society. People had enough time to spend on private life and interpersonal relation.
Everything changed after Chinese economic reform. It brought lots of new things which we never saw before and more and more people from all of the world. For example, we invited German who helped us to build metro system. This project brought huge convenience to our life, eased the traffic pressure, expended center ring…it pushed the price of houses up, it made lot of local people left the original home which in city center, brought too many laborers who added pressure of public security. These changes made the most of people getting rich. They got better living conditions from it, but they lost more and more private time to keep it. Sometimes, it made people being a machine.

I want to understand how to use the business way to
I want to know the relation between the art and business. How to raise up the value of the art then make it to affect the business.

I have a problem, my clients always want things cheaper. I want to be able to sell at the price I feel it is worth. I come here to learn how to tell them which price is right.
I come here to learn how to show a product so that they don’t care about the price.
