I am Hermia. I am 25, I work in a software company. I am a HR in employee relationships. I training the new employees and help them.
About the cars. I have been there for a year. I don’t like it because I am so busy everyday and my leader said my job is waste time.
I want to find the better job next year. I like to play games, I like to play 王者荣耀。 I Like to play with my friend and while we play we can talk about something in the work.
Now I am so busy and when I go home I feel so tired so I don’t play the game usually. I want to improve my speaking and I want to learn about business English.
I think I need to improve the vocabulary and grammar. sometimes I have a mistake in a sentence about grammar.

What were you in charge of?
I am in charge of new employees’ on boarding and when the employees want to leave the company I need to send an email to their leader to ask the reason and resignation date.

How can you reduce employees turnover?
My colleague doesn’t report for the employees’ turnover . I think all of employees hope their leader is nice and they can get a good salary, some employees want to be promoted  / want to get a promotion. someone like the stable environment . There are the reasons that the employees stay in our company.

what’s the main reason for which employees leave?
I think the main reason is the more salary.

our company can offer some benefits like the dividends and health insurance.  I think it is a benefit for the employees.

Why HR?
I think HR is suit for me, it require people carefully, it can meet lots of people. I like to meet all kinds of people.
