Imagine you are at a meeting and everyone has to introduce themselves quickly: write a short intro for yourself.

I mainly work on the IT website operation, this lessons is to improve my spoken English skills. I start my class from July so maybe it takes half of month to study English. it is a fashion company the name is Sephora. some make up items to different levels of people. I like some special sports like swimming but I don’t like running. In some of cities in the North.I am the local people in Shanghai.
Currently I cannot well contrast the sentences and to use the correct words in a professional setting.
Currently I always write some mails in English since I will communicate with the corporate account team, I will seek help / support from them. Sometimes I will attend some meetings with my boss to discuss some issues occurs in current projects.

When I am writing I will spend some time to construct the sentence or check some words on the dictionary. It will spend some time for me, particularly for some familiar things I can reply quickly. If I don’t familiar I will need more time to check on it.
I always have meetings online or telephone, sometimes I cannot hear the words spoke by my boss clearly so I will confirm with him about his meetings.

my boss will introduce some IT security solutions to resolve some current issues of the company. for example data leak protection of end points and so on.
I will attend the meeting with other colleagues to discuss the topic with the boss.
I don’t feel the thing uncomfortable with me.

I started my class from July so  have been studying for half of month already. it is a fashion company the name is Sephora. they make some make up items/cosmetics  and we sell to different kinds of people/ to people from different social classes / people from different age groups . I like some special sports like curling but I don’t like running. In some northern cities  it is popular. I am a local/ I am a local Shanghainese.

now, I always write some emails in English since I will communicate with the corporate teams, I will seek help / support from them. Sometimes I will attend some meetings with my boss to discuss some issues  that/which occurred in current projects.

When I am writing I will spend some time to construct the sentence or check some words in the dictionary. It will take me time, but for some familiar things I can reply quickly. If I am not familiar with it/ if it is not familiar I will need more time to check on it.
I always have meetings online or on the telephone / conference calls sometimes I cannot hear the words spoken by my boss clearly so I will confirm with him  during the meetings.

I feel something is uncomfortable to me / a few things make me uncomfortable. / a fews things were bugging me

I think in China we have less opportunities to comply with the GDPR regulation because we have some local regulations like server security laws so we will spend more time to evaluate it and find some flaws in current situation and do some remediation actions to comply with the requirements.
we forbidden to crossboard transfer to other regions for example French or outside china. We need to hold it in China and access it in china if we travel to another country firstly we need to access by special vpn to access the data.
We will back the data to a local place and transfer to another site to keep it.

I think in China we don’t need to care about it so much / it is not necessary to focus on it too much.
We will try to comply with the GDPR regulations much as possible  but  we have some local regulations like server security laws which take priority

so we will spend more time to evaluate the terms and make sure out system is secure. If it isn’t we will remedy to the situation / we will take measures / take actions to ensure compliance
