When is it acceptable ad when does it become a lie?

We usually can’t test all environments, we are affected differently in different seasons and weathers.
So I don’t think that claim would be a standard for everyone and I would like to see what fits me most and I won’t count on the product what it claims. It is just advertising. Anyone really cares? but in China it is very serious to claim.
When we raise a product launch request to the officer they need us to prove everything we claim. It myst be test before that.
So it is complicated.
Maybe our company is too big. In our culture maybe the media want to draw everyone’s attention to it report or news so usually write something about our company.
