the business for ecoomercial and offline business as well. It is a German company. the products include laundry.
Ecommerce marketing.
The key job responsibility is for the visual of the flagshop. I need to communicate with the designer team to optimize the banner.
we need to communicate with the ecommerce sales to get the info about the promotion schedule and rules of different platforms especially Tmall.
And cross communication with finance and production. I need to breed the visual layout, how look like and give my detail brief about the color, the brand tone and the content and the visual combine with our product perfectly.
Meantime I need to do data analysis about different campaigns for the CTR (click through rate) Our target is to help the sales team to raise the sales. In the whole year 618 and 1111 is our big promotions. We have already start to preparing the product launch for 1111
I have to explain the professional things in easy way for the people they don’t know the marketing. that is the difficult part for me so far and in the last month I had a meeting and I had no idea the meeting we had to present our daily work I have no preparation for it then it is very embarrassing not speak fluently and very nervous so I cannot to explain the things very clearly. I want to say something but in my minds there are no words. then I decide I have to practice my English especially speaking and vocabulary. And we have some German colleagues we have to communicate everyday I hope my English can be more fluently especially in meetings n can presentation have the good performance.

In the emails we have to write the things professionally not in casual way.
I can speak out my opinion in Chinese fluently but in English it is hard.
