Speaking exercise

I work for advertising after my graduation.
They require oral English and I am not good at that and I work and learn but still not that good.
I am a producer for the print shooting and video shooting and broadcast.
for normal agencies they don’t need that high level.
Actually they asked for a junior one but I recommend myself.
This one is quite good company but their requirements are very high so I have to improve myself both in writing and speaking.

I cannot just use the simple words to use everything. vocabulary and grammar is a problem.
For producer job for now we use overseas companies and director so I should do everything in English
for now we have FaceTime things but still not that…

sometimes I still think in Chinese and then translate to English.

I will on behalf of them to do the communication

my responsibility is to make sure the communication is smooth and everything happens at the right point
