I just had breakfast and I did meditation this morning.

I got up very late.
I’m trying to get up earlier than before, I set up the clock at 8 and I lay on the bed and play my phone and it wastes a long time so I guess I get up at 10, do my breakfast , walk the dog then meditation.

I meditate for 20 mins.

I guess about twice a week.

you meditate for yourself not for the situation. The same point in 2 locations is silent and you can focus on your inner sense.
In the temple there is a teacher they help you to go into the meditation, they teach you the way and you just do it by the way the teacher told you before.

The thoughts like monks it can go everywhere and you have to control it.
