Speaking exercise

twice a week I don’t have lunch and I take the boxing course.
Because if you get up late and drink black coffee you have no appetite to eat something.
in the pass I didn’t like that because I found this month I got five pounds so I need to lose them in this month so I do some exercise and eat less.

some of my friend decided to move to foreign countries because they feel very comfortable they didn’t feel very serious peer precious like in the domestic.
I feel that especially in America fat people are more than the Chinese people. Internet celebrity control their diet to imitate them and they want to be like just like them.

I think it is very important in China, many parents and teachers focus on rankings and the agents it is important for them
if they help students to apply for the best university successfully they get more fees.
Actually many companies focus on your experience and the university you graduated from and your appearance so I care about my degree and my university.
So peer pressure is very serious in China from many aspects.
