Some of my relatives are there and it’s close to my hometown, Some (life) habits are similar to my hometown so I like it.

Its in the north of China but its located below Beijing.

I am watching the TV show these days and it talks about 2 lawyers. One of the lawyers is very professional and excellent and the other one is not professional and like a fraud. Because he doesn’t meet the lawyer’s requirements / he doesn’t have the qualifications for this position / he is not qualified for this position.

But the first one hired him because he thought he could do the job well.

There are also other characters in the TV show. Louis is a rival of the first lawyer.

My favorite one is the first professional lawyer. I think he is smart, professional in his job.

He helped the second one to hide that he wasn’t qualified for the job.

The job requires people who graduated from Harvard but the truth is the second didn’t graduate from it/this university.

So he helps his colleague to hide the situation.

If he tried to apply for the Harvard I think he can success but when he was young his parents were dead from a car crash and after that his grandmother took care of him but he didn’t have enough money to support his studies in the school so he didn’t continue studying.

If you graduated from an excellent university such as Harvard or Qinghua. The education in these universities, the resources are much better than in normal universities.

Students can get a better education than in normal universities.

Its a comparison between a very top uni and normal uni and of course if there are 2 normal universities there would not many differences between them.

Most of people think Qinghua is the best uni in China.

It depends, it’s not always true but you get a head start if you go to the top uni rather than a normal uni.

But for the career of people I think the key factor is not which uni you graduated from but the attitude or your own ability to adapt to the job or society.

It depends on what position you take I know some colleagues of mine also applied to an MBA because they want to get promoted/to get a promotion to a management position so maybe it is required an MBA or other qualifications like this. so maybe it is required to have an MBA/ an MBA is required or other qualifications/ degree like this.

200,000CNY for a normal Uni and maybe much higher if you apply to a top Uni.

I don’t think they can get their money back quickly. It takes longer in their career to get a promotion.

We also need to get some pro certifications such as project management PNP. Our job focuses on the whole project management we need to have the qualifications for the job and our company also supports us to study. It pays for the course.

the product certification team are always within the RD department but Lenovo only has R&D departments in Beijing / SH / SZ. They don’t have on in TJ so maybe I will search for a new company for the job / a new position.

My major is social work its totally different from my job.
