We worked in the same department in my last job / we worked together in my last company / we used to work together
My is very traditional I want to make some changes but first I want to change the mindset of my colleagues. / I feel I first need to change their mindset else they won’t agree with my ideas
because e-commerce is not just a sales channel you also you can do some branding

You can directly communicate with your consumers and make them know who you are what you did and your tech and your benefit to them. / you can tell them about your identity /  This is the branding part

Also we are not only selling products, we are the bridge between different departments / we collaborate with different departments

In the past our factory delivered /shipped products to maybe (only) 5 cities but if you just consider  Tuhu (an online car platform) it is already an additional 28 warehouses over China.  so we had to change the supply chain process / we had to modify our supply chain and become more efficient / we had to reshape our supply chain  also we should bridge the finance team and tuhu finance team we should make sure if we want to sell our tires on Tuhu  we should do some promotion so we should pay for gifts.
/ we need to invest and make sure our investment is efficient. For

so the fee investment we should make sure we can get the benefits to our consumer.also we should bridge our marketing with the Tuhu team, we want to make our brand more stand out. So I think this is the first thing I should do.

we need to make the process as quick as possible when Tuhu buys tires. That means  it takes less than 3 days  from the moment Tuhu places an order and pays for it to the moment they receive the tires

also we should bridge our marketing with the Tuhu team, we want to make our brand stand out more / more unique. So I think this is the first thing I should do./ my priority
we normally deliver the tire to the retailers once every 2 months but to Tuhu once every 2 weeks

Tuhu places an order and pay for it
We deliver the tires to their warehouse
They confirm delivery
