my wife and my baby have lived in the city but my parents live in taizhou city it is about 100km away.
I was born there and I have lived there more than 15 years. I am very familiar with the city.

Actually I dislike it because it is so crowded and the house price is so expensive / is too high
but I can also get a high(er) salary and (I also have) more opportunities to find a good job. / Shanghai is better for my career because

I am easier to find a job -> it is easier for me to find a job / it is easier to find a job

For a normal white collar worker in Shanghai you can get maybe 20,000 per month but in taizhou you can get maybe only 8k  / maybe you can only get / you may get so the salary is more than double

but the house price is more than triple.
If you bought a house several years ago you have no rent pressure / financial pressure , it’s ok for Shanghai.

It is difficult for Shanghai house price to can be went down -> the house price could go down / may go down / it is possible for the house price to go down./ there is a possibility for the price to decrease.

it is a business center and it offers job opportunities so many people want to go here for their future (life).
The market perhaps could remain stable.  the supply is stable but the demand is increasing. it is difficult for the house price to go down.

this is different from western countries because Chinese always want a house to be their home/ Chinese want to be house owners  if you just rent a house you cannot get the feeling of the home but in western countries it is almost the same if you have a house or you rent a house/ having or renting both are ok even when you have a gf and you get married.

If I were that person maybe I will go back my hometown -> If I were that person maybe I would go back my hometown

Chinese is so hard -> Being Chinese  / living the Chinese life is hard / to be Chinese is not easy

the white collar workers can earn more than blue collar workers.

we can also use by the computer -> we can use computers / we can do it through the internet.
