I work in the sales industry which is very special.
Firstly we maybe don’t need a good IQ to sales, but we must to have a good EQ, because we need customers who want to talk with us. Secondly we haven’t weekend and all kinds of holiday which day most people will go shopping, in these days we are very busy, but we can day off in workdays which day fewer people go out. Thirdly if you work very hard, that sales can earn a lot of money which is more than other industries, it’s very fair. Finally sales is the essence of business, our job is very important to our company.
I am a sale manager who manger 120 sales, and my most important job is to lead them in finding ways to reach every monthly target. I love my job and will do it until I retire.

in this time I prefer to be a manager, the first reason is that can earn more money. I have a family and I must take care of my daughter and my mother. The second reason is to be a manager you need a sense of accomplishment. I can make some growth to have better life.
