It’s a very strong food culture in China because its like kind of family concept. It’s a formal occasion to reunion every people of the gamily get around the table and talking about what happened to them in the past and connect emotionally with each other. As I said the Cantonese dim sum is more like spending time to relax. it will spent you like 1h to have Chinese style brunch. During this time we can talk to each other and enjoy several kinds of dishes.
For my perspective I think Italian food is more fresh because they use fresh vegetables, handmade pasta and so many handmade things for just one portion main course. It is fresh and impressed my sense of taste. And it is easy to copy.

As I said the Cantonese dim sum is an occasion to spend time together and relax. You can spend around 1h with your family to have a Chinese style brunch. During this time we can talk to each other and enjoy several kinds of dishes.
For my perspective I think Italian food is more fresh/fresher because they use fresh vegetables, handmade pasta and so many handmade things for just one portion main course. / I think Italian food is healthy because they use fresh ingredients and prepare them themselves for each dish.
it was pretty impressive. All the ingredients were so fresh it was delicious.
