leader is a person that decides what to do and who to do something. Maybe program leader, he or she must have a team a full team, co-worker in limited time. so I think fist is good communication skills to light the team members or direct reports and willing to do things and write and fast way. Professional skills and the third one is have enough resources. Not only in the network building relationships or government relationship, but also internal in the company. I don’t feel like to be leader in China, because people here is complicated it’s dangerous to deal with complicated people I think, but if I keep that in mind I cannot do anything. So I like to try, what I didn’t do before.

It’s dangerous / It can be dangerous to deal with complicated people I think, but if I keep that in mind I cannot do anything / if I always think this way, I shouldn’t do anything. So I like to try things I have never done before.

Assertive: aggressive in a reasonable way.
ex: Being assertive is maybe the only way you can protect yourself.
Temper: attitude
ex: I should keep a good temper when at work.
Quick Temper: Get mad quickly
ex: Our finance people get quick tempered when there is a conflict.
Very loose (adj) temper(n): very quick to be angry
ex: She has a very loose temper when she gets bad news.
Hot headed: Very quick to be angry.
Hard headed: Not a good listener, only follows your own advice.
