Actually my job is project management. I am responsible for coordinating projects from the beginning to the end. I also communicate with the system users about system requirements for a system I created. The system is focused on the working process of front sales workers and tech support, which can let front facing sales do their work more conveniently.

For example, a customer came into our store. She might have a bag andneeds to repair.So the Front sales person, like a seller, or sales manager will put the bags information into the system, and describe which area needs to be repaired. All this information needs to transfer to our office. The support in our office will make their own judgement on if  the area can be fixed or not. If the bag can be fixed the seller will send the bag to the repair vender and the vendor will fix the bag.

For example we discuss the system which can, gather the information from our seller .
For example; our company is a retail company everyday we have many many transactions. We sell goods bags clothes things like that. And every transaction includes some information about the goods, customers, and price. Our system gathers that kind of information and puts them in a specific format. We can generate an excel format report. This kind of report can help to project sales and review them as well.
