Condominium /Condo: apartment or house that you paid for, you are not responsible for taking care of the outside of the house.
ex: I like living in a condo because I don’t have to take care of the outside.
Transport facilities: transportation, Car, boat, train, plane
ex: I will choose the area that has metro transport facilities.
MagLev: Super fast train to the Pudong airport.
ex: I have never taken the MagLev.
