VIP Class Notes (Rebekah) S + V

Speaking exercise

Just workout for the gym.

Sometimes I had to eat the pain killer 3 or 4 times per week, because I had the headache.

I still have a little bit stomach problems.

I go to the gym 3 or 4 times per week.

If I go to the gym, I eat the dinner after the workout.

In the weekdays, I get up around 11am or 12pm. During work days, I have to get up at 8am, so its not easy.

In the future, I hope to have a part-time as personal trainer. Alot of people at my gym do the wrong action, they could have body damage.

I haven’t gone to the class to do the yoga.

In the middle school, I joined in the running team and I loved to do the jog in the summer evening.

When I 7 years old, I used to practice kung fu.

In 2018, I go to Eastern Europe. I went to Prague.
