Original:

Today is Sunday. My father, my mother and I are going to hiking. We started in altitude 400 meters, we will stop at altitude 550 meters. We started at 10am. We go up and we see a lot of water and we saw many waterfall. We go up and we saw a lot of trees, flowers. We go to altitude 550m we saw a big waterfall. We go by the waterfall and we take pictures. It is very beautiful. We go down at 11pm. We are tired, but we can do this we are very happy.

On a Sunday when I was in Norway earlier this summer, my father, my mother and I went hiking. We started at an altitude of 400 meters and climbed up to 550 meters about the sea level. We started at 10am. We went up and saw a lot of water coming down from the top of the mountain. We also saw many waterfalls, a lot of trees, and flowers. When we got to an altitude of 550m above sea level, we saw a big waterfall so we stood next to it and took pictures. It was very beautiful. We went down at 11am. We were tired, but we were very happy that we were able to do this

  • We will be going to Beijing next week.
  • I will be having a class next weekend.
  • She will be buying a pen next mouth. – She will be buying a pen tomorrow at 3pm. (The action will have started, but not finished, so time should be shorter.)
  • He will be leaning about Shanhai next year. – He will be learning about Shanghai next year.
  • They will be runing along the street at 7pm. – They will be running along the street at 7pm.

Grammar

Noun = a name of a person, a thing, an animal, a place, etc.
E.g.: cup, computer, table, Shanghai, Emma, flower, umbrella, etc.

Pronoun = a word we use instead of a noun.
E.g.: I, you, he, she, it, we, they, my, mine, their, his, her, hers, yours, our, etc.

Verb = an action = anything you do.
E.g.: to do, to be, to play, to run, to go, to make, to help, to study, to speak, etc.

Adjective = a word that describes a noun or a pronoun.
E.g.: small, smart, big, beautiful, ugly, stupid, great, good, nice, terrible, hot, cold, sunny, etc.

Adverb = a word that describes a verb, adjective or another adverb and answers one of the following questions:

  • How: easily, happily, loudly, quickly, well, slowly, sadly, etc..
  • How often: never, always, every day,  frequently, seldom, often, sometimes..
  • When: now, after, before, early, yesterday, today, soon, since, etc..
  • Where: here, there, home, inside, near, outside, away, everywhere, etc..

The day next to tomorrow. – The day after tomorrow.
