Hi Bryan,

Just want to update you regarding the EDI setup status and need your advice on how to handle the UCC 128 shipping label for the tumbler PO#4793133.

Our IT team is still waiting for the response from the SPS to set up the portal with Bass Pro so we can receive POs, create UCC 128 shipping label and send ASN online. However, it seems like the setup may take some time to finish and we are afraid that it may not be completed in time for the tumbler PO. We have also reached out to Yusen to see if they can provide the labels but unfortunately, they cannot.

For this urgent PO, could it be treated as a special case? Can Bass Pro provide the UCC 128 shipping labels to us or can we ship without the labels (Our supplier has printed the carton marking on the master cartons)?

Hi Heather,

Thanks very much for sending over the tumbler PO via email. There are couple things which need your immediate and kind help:

1. There are few errors on attached PO, please refer to the screenshot below and help to revise the PO:
a. The color of set # 649256 should be “BLACK” instead of “OLIVE”.
b. The manufacture’s number: ST2120BL should be changed to “ST2120BK”; ST2130BL should be changed to “ST2130BK”

2. Resend the PO and make sure it is successfully transmitted to our SPS account : scs2ghscabelashlpo@lfsourcing.com
a. Per attached email, SPS has confirmed that vendor#104240 has already been set up in our account.
b. Also, SPS advised that now the PO was sent to a third party “Descartes TMS” in their system. Based on the experience we had on the cooler PO, you may need to reach out to your EDI_Setup team and Supply Chain Support team to fix the problem.
c. For the products itself, they can be ready to ship per the requested ship date (3/28), however, the main challenge is the GS1-128 shipping labels. The labels need to be created from the SPS system and be printed no later than next Monday (3/12), otherwise, the supplier will need to extend the ship date based on when the shipping labels are ready. Could you please help to fix the problem overnight if possible?

2. After making those modifications, please resend the PO and make sure it is successfully transmitted to our SPS account: scs2ghscabelashlpo@lfsourcing.com
