Vocabulary

Fifty years ago, my grandparents finish their bachelor degree and the college send them to a small town in Gansu Province, China. They give birth to my father, my uncles and my aunt. Two years ago my grandfather passed away. My father and his brothers and sister think is they have enough time to live in this small town, living in this place they have many inconvenience in daily life, and my grandmother’s health is very good, so one month ago my father and his brothers made a decision. They decided to change my grandma’s location from the small town to the big city, also in Gansu Province. They sold my grandma’s apartment, using this money to rent an apartment in Lanzhou, which is a big city in Gansu Province, it’s the principal of Gansu. My father rent the apartment and decoration and clean the apartment. I think my grandma feel very happy about live in a comfortable environment.

My father and his siblings thought that maybe they had lived in this small town long enough and that daily life there was very inconvenient. As my grandmother’s health is very good, one month ago they decided to help my grandma move from the small town to the big city. They sold my grandma’s apartment, and used this money to rent another one in Lanzhou, which is the capital of Gansu Province. My father rented, decorated and cleaned the apartment and I think my grandma feels very happy about living in such a comfortable environment.
