Approach (v): 1- to deal with something:

Motivate (v): 1- to cause someone to behave in a particular way. 2- to make someone want to do something well.

Q: How would you approach this job?

A: I think the ability to be both knowledgeable and adaptable is the key to success. I will use of the knowledge I have gathered through my past experiences to deal with challenges I’m familiar with, and of my openness to learning new things and taking on new challenges to deal with the unfamiliar ones.
